Wedding Day Management
Also known as On the Day Coordination, this service is for those couples who have been through the wild ride of planning their own wedding but have rightly decided to give themselves a break on the day! You’ve done all the planning, but you really want to be able to stop picturing yourself holding a clipboard instead of a bouquet whilst walking down the aisle.
I will step into the role of being your right hand woman who is in charge of ensuring your day runs smoothly from start to finish, without you having to worry about what is happening behind the scenes. On the Day Coordination works particularly well with dry hire, marquee and tipi weddings.
This includes:
Initial consultation 6 weeks before the big day
Taking over all supplier communications
Site or venue visit prior to the big day
Coordinating suppliers; ensuring their arrival and setup runs smoothly
Unlimited contact
Wedding day timeline creation
On the day event management
Post event management including take down and coordination of any collections.
Having a wedding day coordinator relieves you of those wedding day stresses that nobody wants to feel. My role is to make sure that you, and your family, are able to concentrate on celebrating your big day rather worrying about the finer details.
I really don’t want your nearest and dearest to be the ones making sure the bouquets have arrived in time for the ceremony: I want you all relaxing with a glass of fizz in your hand feeling calm in the knowledge that your long awaited wedding day is being expertly executed.
